Management staff
It is very easy to get in touch with a manager at DICO. Often we are the ones who answer the phones when you call.
Your plans can be picked up, or you can e-mail them and they’ll be returned in 48 hours with our bid.
We have structured our production capabilities and scheduling to support both production and custom homebuilders.
Full operations support
Our operations staff is in constant communication with field personnel and suppliers. They coordinate all jobsite deliveries of concrete and materials and provide full logistical support to crew operations. To ensure timely inspections, the operations staff maintains close and personal communication with field inspectors. We are very hands-on, in service and operate on a comfortable professional level.
Field personnel
Dico has traditionally encouraged diversity in its work force. Our employees are courteous, efficient and well mannered in the discharge of their duties at the jobsite. The Company maintains an ongoing Human Resource Development program for its field personnel in both technical and leadership training.
That is part of the overall quality we deliver.
In-House Engineering
We take your foundation drawings and quickly process them through our in-house engineering department to produce highly accurate, and easy to visualize 3D foundation drawings with total accuracy. Cost savings in materials are ensured in the foundations we deliver to you.
In-House fabrication shop
Our in-house fabrication facility contributes directly to the quality of our cast-in-place products and helps to drastically reduce form maintenance costs. Our shop has the capability to fabricate forms to any size or shape.
We have made major contributions towards the development of the light-weight aluminum forming system. Our engineering department set up he only process for aluminum form fatigue and stress analysis in the Industry.
This has allowed us to improve the inter-locking mechanisms of forms through a device we call the “Kryptonite Bushing. While factory bushings usually last from 4 to 6 years, our “Kryptonite” bushing lasts a lifetime.

With a large fleet and construction earthwork equipment, we can ensure a timely response. We take on projects ranging from traditional residential foundations, to complex structures which require developing unique design solutions.
